Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Your Pi Network account identifier (piUid) and username — collected once verified by Pi's own servers at login
- Shipping details you enter for an order (recipient name, address, country)
- Data generated as you use the service — products, orders, reviews, reports, disputes
We never collect passwords or payment card details ourselves — payment is handled entirely by the Pi Network SDK.
2. How We Use It
- Authenticating your account and providing the service
- Processing orders, shipping, settlement, and dispute resolution
- Preventing abuse and monitoring for prohibited items
3. Retention Period
Account information is kept until you delete your account. Transaction records are kept for as long as applicable law requires, to support dispute resolution and legal obligations.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
The minimum information necessary is shared with Pi Network (the Pi Core Team) to process payments. We don't share your information with any other third party without your consent, except where required by law.
5. Seller Business Information
When a seller enters business details in the sales ledger, we collect the following.
- Seller type (private individual or business)
- Business/tax ID and any additional registration numbers for their country (e.g. online-sales or commercial register numbers)
- Business name, representative, contact email, phone number and business address
- The date and time the seller confirmed the seller declaration
We use this only to issue tax invoices and fee statements, to meet platforms' seller-verification duties under applicable laws, and to handle disputes.
Tax invoices, statements and related records are kept for the period tax law requires (e.g. 5 years in Korea) and then destroyed, even if the account is deleted. We don't share this information with third parties except when required by law, such as a request from a tax authority or where the law requires seller details to be shown to buyers.
6. Your Rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete your information at any time. Information tied to an ongoing transaction or dispute is deleted only once that matter is resolved.
Depending on the laws of the country or region where you reside (for example, the EU's GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights beyond those listed above, including the right to data portability, the right to request restriction of processing, the right to object to automated decision-making (including profiling), and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Where such laws apply, they take precedence over this policy.
7. Contact and Data Protection Inquiries
For questions about how your personal information is processed, requests to access, correct, or delete your information, or any other privacy-related matter, please contact us at the email address below.
